THE APARTMENT

The accommodation for 4 people of 90 m2 has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed, air conditioning/heating, alarm system, fiber optic internet with free WIFI and a smart TV with all Dutch channels. There is also access to the shared swimming pool with showers, toilet and a toddler/baby pool (available from May 1 to October 31).

The apartment has a covered outdoor terrace of over 20 m2 with electrically operated shutters and sun blinds. From this terrace you have a view of the mountains and the sea. It is approximately 40 minutes by car from Malaga airport.

The apartment is equipped with an elevator that takes you to your own private parking in the basement parking lot. Here you will also find the storage room with beach chairs and umbrella's.

From the apartment you can walk to the Mediterranean Sea in 5 minutes and to the boulevard of Torrox-Costa and El Morche in 10 minutes. Here you will find several restaurants and bars directly on the beach. You will also find a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The large supermarket is approximately 2 km from the apartment.
